If you are not satisfied with your item, we will accept an exchange up to 30 days after purchase.
- Email email@example.com to give us a heads up that your package is coming.
- Include the following in the subject line: EXCHANGE - order number.
- Indicate what item you would like to receive as an exchange. Please include size, color or any other options. We will check inventory and, if available, we will hold your replacement item for up to 10 days.
- Ship the item to us by any method you prefer. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Include a printed copy of your original sales receipt or provide your order number, name, address, email, phone number and date of purchase.
- Within two days of receiving your return, we will ship the replacement item. As always, standard shipping to you (in the continental USA) is free!
- If your replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference within two days to your original method of payment.
